Booking Process

 

HOW TO BOOK DIRECT WITH WINDWISE 

1. Email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to say "Yes I'm coming to (for example Bonaire) I'd like a single, shared or double room. 

2. Pay a deposit of £400 per person using 'Book A Place' button at top right of this page (Balance due 8 weeks prior to departure) 

3. Book your flight to make sure you're on the group transfer (See flight details on right hand side of page)  

Simon Bornhoft Windiwise will be covered by TRAVEL VAULT to meet UK travel/tour operator regulations to ensure your holiday is fully protected. 

 

SMALL PRINT

WINDWISE will do their best to ensure your safety and enjoyment on the water. There will be times when you're being coached individually and in a group. There will also be times when you are freesailng by yourself. Windsurfing is, potentially, a dangerous sport and you must agree to sail in a responsible manner and in the designated areas outlined to you in resort.

In the event that Simon Bornhoft is not able to make the clinic due to illness or unforseen circumstances, your WINDWISE booking and holiday are still valid and the course/holiday and adventure will still go ahead and another Windwise coach will be provided for you.

***It is essential that you have thrid party windsurfing insurance!***

***Any disputes between Simon Bornhoft Windwise and it's clients will be governed by UK law***.

PAYMENTS FOR ALL HOLIDAYS MUST BE DONE IN FULL 8 WEEKS BEFORE DEPARTURE

REFUNDS:

We will try to refund or credit you where possible, but in the event of either not being able to fill your place or costs to Windwise, will refund under the following guide lines.

Full refund if holiday is cancelled within 3 months before departure.

Loss of deposit if holiday is cancelled within 3-2 months of departure.

Loss of 50% of holiday cosy holiday is cancelled within 8-4 weeks before of departure.

Loss of 75% of holiday cost if holiday is cancelled within 4-2 weeks before departure.

Loss of 100% of holiday cost if holiday is cancelled within 2 weeks before departure.

TRAVEL VAULT

Simon Bornhoft Windiwise will be covered TRAVEL VAULT  to meet UK travel/tour operator regulations to ensure your holiday is fully protected. This means your holiday booking is financially protected under the UK tour operator guidelines. When you book your own flights, they are covered separately through ATOL, so your whole holiday is protected.
