We are currently on our annual Cornwall windsurfing wave adventure courses!

We kicked off at Stithians Lake with a great Windwise Skills Training Session fabulous work ethic, decent breeze, great crew, hot coffee, warm showers and some of the best inland windsurfing in the country! After that we headed to Daymer, but due to the unusual Easterly breezes we ended up dong most of our sailing at Bigbury, which is all part of the adventure to try new places! We had a mix of flat water skills and some sweet waves for first time wave sailors! In the lat few days, we've biked, WindSUPed, Skills Trained, rode waves, drunk great more coffee, had Rick Steins Fish & Chips and a few pints of Doombar!

Simon's courses never fail to push me and get me through a plateau! This time I got my first ever planing exit from a gybe! K.M

Windsurfing, WindSUPing, Surfing, Biking, Swimming Pools, Jacuzzi's, 5 Star Accommodation, Pasties, Coffee, Big Bike rides and much more...it has to be Gwithian!

Our last adventure trip was based from the stunning accommodation at Gwel an Mor on the North coast of Cornwall near Portreath. So we had to struggle with stunning lodges, swimming pool, spa, gym, tennis and hot tubs! As for the windsurfing, we had a real mix of conditions and sailed Marazion, Gwithian and then finished up with a sweet super clean waves in Bigbury. The ethos of all our Windwise Adventure Trips is to windsurf as much as possible and fill in the down time with other activities such as WindSUPing, surfing, biking and enjoying all that Cornwall has to offer. I don't think we stopped for four days, including Windwise skills sessions, upwind coffee run off St. Michaels Mount, some blasting and loads of great float and ride sessions with super clean surf. Off the water we hit the pasties and made a stunning 28 mile North-South-North bike ride across Cornwall. To end each day we could relax in the luxury lodges with pool, saunas, gym and hot tubs, not a bad way to recover from a day on the water! Like the Daymer trip is was a great fun four days and continues our quest to mix great windsurfing with great people and places!

A massive thanks to everyone who joined our Windwise Cornwall Adventure Trips and for making them such great fun both on and off the water!

We will be returning to Cornwall in 2014, on both trips we focus on windsurfing but add in biking, surfing & paddleboarding, BBQ's cook offs and plenty more to make it a really great adventure!

Daymer is perfect for those wanting a Cornwall Adventure with both flat water and optional waves.

Gwithian is for windsurfer who want to catch some real waves and push their sailing on to the next level.

Both destination are perfect for added adventures regardless of the wind and wave conditions This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. !to get on the reserve list!

I thoroughly enjoyed this trip, from the nuking session at Marazion to the float and ride sessions at Gwithian and Bigbury. Every one of the aspiring wavesailors on this trip made it a fun experience. Thanks for all the pointers Simon, I shall work on them for the next trip, because I will be coming again for sure.

What fantastic course Simon, that was so much fun! Thank you. As usual your coaching was great, which really made a difference to my sailing. It was so cool to be enjoying the wave sailing as well as the other activities with such a great group of people in a beautiful location. I'm looking forward to next year already!

Fantastic trip again Simon! Serious progression despite being on a 20yr personal ability plateau - wave sailing a revelation. See you in Egypt.

Good to see you mixing it up in the surf. We'll train some more wave moves in Marsa Alam and then move it all on even further. As ever, great to sail with you both. All the best Simon
